Neovi Motors
India
One Dealership. Two Brands. One Digital Experience.
Neovi Motors is an authorized dual-brand dealership in Bellandur, Bengaluru, bringing Hero MotoCorp petrol two-wheelers and Ampere electric scooters together under one dealership experience.
Callidora Technology designed and developed a multi-brand digital platform that positions Neovi as the trusted parent dealership while giving Hero and Ampere dedicated digital experiences.

The platform allows customers to discover vehicles, explore individual models, understand services, book test rides, submit inquiries, and move from product discovery to dealership engagement — all through one connected digital destination.

The Challenge
Neovi Motors needed a digital experience that could communicate its identity as a dealership without diluting the individual identities of Hero and Ampere.
The challenge was to create a platform where customers could understand who Neovi is, what brands it represents, and which vehicle is right for them without creating unnecessary complexity.
The website needed to clearly distinguish between Neovi, Hero MotoCorp, and Ampere while maintaining a consistent overall customer journey.
Petrol two-wheelers and electric scooters require different product stories, buying considerations, and customer journeys.
The platform needed a clear architecture where the main Neovi website acts as the dealership hub while dedicated microsites handle deeper Hero and Ampere experiences.
The project also involved expanding an existing Ampere-focused experience into a broader multi-brand dealership platform without disrupting established customer journeys.
Beyond showcasing vehicles, the website needed clear pathways for customers to make enquiries, book test rides, explore services, and connect with the dealership.
Our Approach
Callidora Technology approached Neovi Motors as more than a conventional automotive website. We created a parent dealership platform supported by dedicated OEM microsites, allowing the website to serve both undecided customers exploring their options and customers who already know which brand they want.
We studied Neovi's dealership model, brand relationships, customer journeys, product categories, services, and lead-generation requirements.
This helped define how the parent dealership and individual brand experiences should work together.
The website was structured around three connected experiences:
Neovi — dealership identity, trust, services, choice, and ownership support.
Hero — dedicated petrol two-wheeler product discovery.
Ampere — dedicated electric scooter exploration and EV-focused experiences.
This parent–child structure keeps the overall experience connected while allowing each brand to communicate independently.
Creating the Neovi Digital Experience
The Neovi experience establishes the dealership as the primary destination for customers looking for two-wheelers in Bengaluru.
The interface uses a gold-and-white visual system to create a distinct Neovi identity while keeping navigation and customer journeys simple.
The parent website focuses on:
The goal was to make Neovi feel like a complete dealership destination, rather than simply a website linking to two OEM brands.
Hero & Ampere Microsites
The architecture allows customers to move naturally from the Neovi dealership experience into dedicated brand environments.
The /hero experience provides a focused environment for customers exploring Hero MotoCorp's petrol two-wheelers. Customers can move deeper into model discovery while remaining connected to the Neovi dealership journey.
The /ampere experience provides a dedicated electric mobility environment for Ampere scooters. It allows users to explore models, specifications, range, pricing, savings, and enquiry/test-drive options through a more EV-focused experience.
Although Hero and Ampere have separate visual and content experiences, the navigation maintains a clear connection with the parent Neovi platform. This creates a smooth transition between Neovi → Brand → Model → Enquiry → Dealership.
Key Features We Built
Customers can explore Hero and Ampere products through dedicated brand experiences.
Individual models are presented with structured product information, visuals, specifications, and relevant calls to action.
Clear test-drive journeys allow interested customers to move directly from product exploration toward an offline dealership experience.
Dedicated enquiry forms capture customer interest and enable the dealership team to follow up with potential buyers.
After-sales and service information helps customers continue their relationship with Neovi beyond the initial purchase journey.
Finance-related information supports customers during the consideration stage of their vehicle purchase.
Rich media and brand videos help communicate the products and dealership experience in a more engaging way.
Strategically positioned contact and enquiry CTAs ensure customers always have a clear next step.
From Discovery to Conversion
One of the key strengths of the platform is its ability to support different customer mindsets.
Discover → Explore → Compare → Select → Enquire → Test Ride
Users who are undecided can start with Neovi, discover both available brands, compare petrol and electric options, and choose the direction that suits them.
Customers who already have a preferred brand can move directly into the Hero or Ampere microsite and explore models in greater depth.
Technology Behind the Platform
The platform was developed using a modern full-stack architecture designed to support multiple brand experiences from a unified codebase. The architecture supports / as the Neovi parent dealership, /hero for the Hero MotoCorp microsite, and /ampere for the Ampere microsite.
The Results
The completed platform transformed Neovi Motors' online presence into a connected multi-brand digital dealership.
Key Outcomes
Neovi now has a central digital destination representing both Hero and Ampere under one dealership identity.
Hero and Ampere each have dedicated microsites for deeper product exploration.
Customers can explore petrol and electric options from a single trusted dealership platform.
Test-drive, enquiry, contact, and product-focused CTAs create clearer conversion pathways.
Users can move smoothly from dealership discovery to brand exploration, model discovery, and enquiry.
The parent–child architecture provides a foundation for adding future products, services, and brand experiences.
The Impact
The project established Neovi Motors as more than a local dealership website.
It created a digital storefront where customers can discover, compare, and engage with two different mobility categories while maintaining a single trusted dealership relationship.
The platform brings Hero and Ampere under one digital roof.
The project demonstrates our ability to design and engineer complex parent–child brand architectures, multi-brand websites, automotive experiences, and conversion-focused digital platforms.
The result is a flexible digital ecosystem built around choice, discovery, conversion, and long-term customer engagement.
Neovi Motors represents a shift in how modern dealerships can approach digital commerce and customer engagement.
Instead of forcing different brands into a single generic experience, Callidora Technology created a platform where each brand retains its identity while Neovi remains the central dealership destination.
At Callidora Technology, we design dealership websites, parent–child brand architectures, and conversion-focused automotive experiences around real customer journeys.
